In Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China, Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, led a delegation comprising five Vice Presidents of the Cambodia Rice Federation to pay a courtesy call and hold a working discussion with the China Oil and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO). The meeting was also attended by H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge and CEO of the Rural Development Bank, together with his colleagues.
 At the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Oknha Chan Sokheang, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodia Rice Federation and Co-Chair of Working Group “I” (Rice Sector) representing the private sector, together with Oknha Lay Chunhua, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended the Cambodia Agriculture Forum, which was presided over by H.E. Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
 At the Sun & Moon Riverside Hotel, Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended the 5th Anniversary celebration of the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC). The event, themed "5 Years of Strategic Credit Guarantees for Inclusive Economic Development," was presided over by His Excellency Academician Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance.

In Seoul, South Korea, Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Madam Chring Botum Rangsay, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, to discuss on the Cambodian rice and agricultural products’ export promotion and to find out the import formality and procedure to Korean market.
Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, participated in the Rice News conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During this event, Oknha Chan Sokheang delivered a presentation highlighting the significant potential of Cambodia’s rice sector to an audience of approximately 200 distinguished delegates. Moreover, Oknha Chan Sokheang served as a panelist in a discussion focused on the topic "Southeast Asian Rice Market Trends."
On Wednesday afternoon, 5 February 2025, at the Ministry of Environment, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board Directors of the Cambodia Rice Federation; Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of Cambodia Rice Federation and the member of the Cambodia Rice Federation attended the MOU signing ceremony between the Ministry of Environment and the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, which was presided over by H.E. Dr. Eang Sophallet, the Minister of Environment. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Environment, represented by H.E. Ngauv Borina, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment, and H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Royal Government Delegate in charge as the C.E.O. of ARDB
