During the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Sokha Phnom Penh, Hotel & Residence, the Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI), represented by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed a Memorandum of Understanding "MoU" with the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) represented by Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation.
Commencing from May 23rd to May 27th, there are 38 people from 15 companies that are members of the Cambodia Rice Federation that join as exhibitors and trade visitors at THAIFEX-Anuga Asia, that takes place at the Impact Muang Thong Thani Center in Bangkok, Thailand.

On 4th May 2023, at Department of International Cooperation of Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fishery, there is a forum to promote the rice production and processing in Cuba lead by H.E Maury Hechavarria Bermudez, Vice Minister, Ministry of Agriculture of Cuba accompanied by six delegates from different departments.

On May 25, 2023, The Secretary-General of the Cambodia Rice Federation attended the official inauguration of Chhit Bunthorn’s rice mill, warehouse and dryer facility in Svay Anthur district, Prey Veng province. This ceremony is also presided by H.E. Kai Thach, the Royal Government Delegation in charge of the Director General of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), Lork Chomteav, the deputy governor, head of provincial departments, and citizen around 200 people.

In the afternoon of Tuesday, May 9, 2023, the Cambodia Rice Federation held the second board meeting of the 4th mandate, The meeting is presided over by Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of Cambodia Rice Federation, and Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of Cambodia Rice Federation and Board Directors. The Quorum of the meeting is 20 which allows the meeting can proceed.

On May 10, 2023, at the headquarters of the Association Banks of Cambodia, Oknha Chan Sokheang, the president of Cambodia Rice Federation, and Oknha Van Sou Ieng, the advisor of Cambodia Rice Federation as well as Mr. Lun Yeng the Secretary General of the Cambodia Rice Federation has discussed with Mr. Raymond Sia Guan, the Chairman of the board of director of the Association of Banks in Cambodia and Mrs. Phal-Chalm Theany, the Secretary General of Association of Banks in Cambodia as well as Mr. Heng Koy and his colleagues to discuss on the possibility of cooperation in the banking sector for providing additional injection of loan into rice sector.

On this Monday morning , Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation meet Dr. Jongsoo Shin, the Director of the International Rice Research Institute(IRRI) for Asia, Dr. Nurmi Pangesti, IRRI Country representative for Cambodia and other 3 IRRI’s colleagues to discuss rice sector in Cambodia as well as the technology to develop the seeds in order to make it more resistant at the General Secretariat of the Cambodia Rice Federation.
 
On Wednesday, 17 May 2023 at General Secretariate, Cambodia Rice Federation organize the distance online meeting between COFCO led by Mr. Zhao KAI, the Assistant General Manager, and his 3 colleagues, Green Trade Company led by H.E Chan Sokty, the Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia to in charge of the Chairman and CEO of Green Trade Company and Cambodia Rice Federation lead by Okhan Song Saran, The chairman of Board of Directors, OKhan Chan Sokheang President of Cambodia Rice Federation with other 6 vice presidents and members.

 At the Sun & Moon Riverside Hotel, Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended the 5th Anniversary celebration of the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC). The event, themed "5 Years of Strategic Credit Guarantees for Inclusive Economic Development," was presided over by His Excellency Academician Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance.

On June 26, 2023, Oknha Chan Sokheang, the president of Cambodia Rice Federation, and sixty members of Cambodia Rice Federation attended an official launch of Cambodian Rice to the Philippine Market, which was presided over by H.E. Pan Sorasak, the minister of the Ministry of Commerce, and Mrs. Maria Amelita C. Aquino, the ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines in Cambodia
At a contract signing event with 31 agricultural associations in Preah Vihear province, Oknha Chan Sokheang, the president of the Cambodia Rice Federation and the board of directors of the organization, was present. This signing ceremony is presided over by the Governor of the Provincial Board of Governors of Preah Vihear Province.
 On June 27, 2023, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of the Rice Federation of Cambodia, and Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Rice Federation of Cambodia, and members of the Rice Federation joined a contract farming ceremony between six rice mills and forty-six communities in Kampong Thom province.
