On Wednesday afternoon, 5 February 2025, at the Ministry of Environment, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board Directors of the Cambodia Rice Federation; Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of Cambodia Rice Federation and the member of the Cambodia Rice Federation attended the MOU signing ceremony between the Ministry of Environment and the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, which was presided over by H.E. Dr. Eang Sophallet, the Minister of Environment. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Environment, represented by H.E. Ngauv Borina, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Environment, and H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Royal Government Delegate in charge as the C.E.O. of ARDB
H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in charge as the C.E.O. of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank; Mr. Lun Yeng, the Secretary General of the Cambodia Rice Federation; and the colleagues visit and inspect the rice procurement and storage volume of 3 mills located in Kampong Cham and Kampong Thom provinces
Mr. Lun Yeng, the Secretary General of the Cambodia Rice Federation, representing Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation and Co-Chair of the Working Group “I” of the Private Sector, attended the Annual General Meeting of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries in 2024 and Work Direction 2025. This meeting was presided over by H.E. Mr. Im Sithol, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture

At Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of Cambodia Rice Federation attended with the Rice Export Promoting Team, which is presided over by H.E. Mr. Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management.
At the Peace Palace, Neak Oknha Hun Lak, President of the Rice Policy Council of the Cambodia Rice Federation; Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodia Rice Federation; and Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, led the 13 delegates of the Cambodia Rice Federation to attend a courtesy visit and work discussion meeting, which was presided over by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia.
At the Peace Palace, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodia Rice Federation; Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation; an Mr. Jeremy Zwinger, CEO of The Rice Trader (TRT) and Founder of the World Rice Conference, attended a courtesy visit and work discussion about the plan of organizing the World Rice Conference 2025 in Cambodia. This meeting was presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia.
The 7th Cambodia Rice Forum, organised by the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), was held today in Phnom Penh under the theme, ‘Transforming the Cambodia Rice Supply Chain to be Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable’. 
At Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodia Rice Federation, Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, members of the Cambodia Rice Federation, and Mr. Patrick Murphy, Executive Vice President of Rice and Grains/Global Sourcing at Otis McAllister, Inc., paid a courtesy visit and had a work discussion with H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce.
At Raffles Hotel Le Royal, the Cambodian Rice Federation, led by Oknha Song Saran, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodian Rice Federation, and Oknha Chan Sokheang, President of the Cambodian Rice Federation, hosted a dinner with Cambodian Rice Federation members in the honorable presence of H.E. Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce.
